Install MinutesMate in Outlook
MinutesMate is distributed via Microsoft AppSource. Once installed, it appears on your Outlook meeting window.
Create and export minutes
Capture decisions, actions, and attendance directly in Outlook, then export a Word document for your records or board packs.
- Open a calendar event and choose MinutesMate.
- Use the minutes layout to log decisions and actions.
- Click Export to Word to generate your record.
Licensing & upgrades
MinutesMate offers a Free plan and a Pro plan for heavier governance work. Licensing is handled via our website.
Data & privacy
MinutesMate is designed for governance and high-trust meetings. We do not resell your data and we encourage minimal data sharing in support.

- Confirm you’re signed in with the same account in Outlook and AppSource.

- Try closing and reopening Outlook after installing the add-in.
Frequently asked questions
Does MinutesMate work in Microsoft Teams?
No. MinutesMate currently works inside Outlook, not Microsoft Teams. This keeps the workflow centered on calendar events and governance agendas.
Do you store copies of our minutes?
MinutesMate is designed to minimise unnecessary data exposure. Your exported Word documents stay with you and your organisation. For more detail, please see our Privacy Policy.
How do I upgrade from Free to Pro?
Visit our pricing page to purchase a Pro license, then use the license validation link in the confirmation email or on the Validate license page.
