When you contact us, it’s helpful if you can include:

  • Any error messages or screenshots (with sensitive meeting details redacted)

Data and privacy in support

MinutesMate is designed for governance and high-trust meetings. We understand that your minutes may contain sensitive information.

  • We don’t need full copies of your minutes to troubleshoot most issues.
  • You can redact names, agenda items, or sensitive content in screenshots.

Common support topics

Installing MinutesMate in Outlook

In Outlook, go to Get add-ins (or Apps), search for “MinutesMate”, and add the add-in to your account. If your organisation manages add-ins centrally, you may need your IT team to approve it.

Activating or validating your Pro license

After purchase, your license details are emailed to you. Use the License Validation page if you need to confirm your Pro status or troubleshoot access.

Using AI-assisted summaries

MinutesMate can help draft summaries from your structured notes. AI features are optional and clearly labelled. You can use the built-in AI with a Pro license, or connect your own OpenAI key where available.

Exporting minutes to Word

Use the Export button in the MinutesMate task pane to generate a clean Word document. If formatting doesn’t look right, send us a screenshot and we can help you adjust the template.

EDU and non-profit support

If you’re in education or a registered non-profit and want to use MinutesMate for governance or board meetings, contact us about discounted or free access options.
