Use of Service

MinutesMate is an Office 365 Add-in designed to help you manage meeting minutes. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes.

Licensing

Free users may use basic features without charge. Pro licenses are available via a one-time payment. Licenses are non-transferable and must not be shared.

Limitation of Liability

MinutesMate is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from its use, including data loss or meeting errors.

AI Features

MinutesMate offers optional AI-powered summarization features to help you capture key points and decisions from your meetings. These features rely on third-party processing provided by OpenAI.

When enabled, your meeting notes are securely transmitted to OpenAI’s servers over encrypted connections for the sole purpose of generating a summary. We do not store, log, or retain any of this content on our servers. Once the summary is returned, the original input is discarded immediately.

By using the AI features, you acknowledge and accept that meeting content is temporarily sent to a trusted third party (OpenAI) for processing. You retain full control over whether or not to use this feature.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new terms.
